How we look after your information

We only collect what we need to make and deliver your order or plan your event:

• When you order:your name, email address and phone number; the recipient's name and phone number; the delivery address, area, date and time slot; and any gift message you write.
• When you send an event inquiry: your name, email address, phone number, the event type and date, your budget range and your message.
• Payments: handled by Paystack. Your card or mobile-money details go to Paystack directly and are never seen or stored by us.

We use your information to prepare and deliver your order, contact you or the recipient about the delivery, send order confirmations and updates by email, and respond to event inquiries. We don't sell your information or use it for anything unrelated to your order or inquiry.

We use a small number of service providers to run the shop: Google (Firebase) to host the site and store orders, Paystack to process payments, and an email delivery service to send confirmations. They handle your information only to provide those services to us. Where you give us a recipient's details, we use them only to complete that delivery.

Some things on this site are essential and always on. Analytics is optional and stays off unless you accept it.

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. To do any of these, contact us using the details below and we'll respond promptly.
